ProBion daily is a unique tablet with a sustained quality and prolonged shelf life. The tablet has a controlled release and dissolution profile, where the bacteria are exposed continuously further down in the small and large intestine.

ProBion daily contains viable lactic acid cultures 6 billions bacteria/tablet of Lactobacillus plantarum, acidophilus, casei, bulgaricus and Bifidobacterium lactis and Inulin, Xanthan and vegetable magnesium RSPO. ProBion daily is free from lactose. The lactic acid bacteria are cultivated without any supplement of milk or soya.

Inulin

Inulin consists of natural fructo-oligosaccharides and -polysaccharides derived from the root Cichorium intybus.

 

Xanthan

Xanthan is a mucus forming substance that forms a protective cover around the bacteria during their passage towards the intestine preventing the damaging effects of bile- and gastric acids. Xanthan is produced by bacterial fermentation of carbohydrates.

 

Unique quality standards

ProBion is analysed using Flow Cytometric Fluorescence technique. Normally there are about 80 % viable and non-damaged bacteria with a guarantee of more than 50 % viable bacteria.

 

Dosage: Start with 1 tablet per day the first week. If desired increase the dose to 1- 2 tablets twice daily.

 

ProBion daily can be stored 24 months at room temperature or in refrigerator.
